Datacenter Moves
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
We will be moving our NY and LA datacenters to new locations this week.
Monday January 5th: New York --> Atlanta
NY Servers moved to Chicago
Friday/Saturday January 9th-10th: LA --> LA
All website services and email will be offline.
All LA servers will be offline.
Other server locations will still run, but TCAdmin will not be available to control your server.
Please use Ventrilo or IRC to get support (see Contact Us section to the right).
The reason for these moves is to remove our equipment from the Ubiquity Hosting datacenter who has elected to raise our bandwidth costs by more than 3x the agreed upon rate. Obviously we do not feel that passing these costs on to our customers is acceptable so we will be moving our hosting to somewhere more affordable.
We do apologize for this disruption and are doing everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible.
